Enrico Bach, who was born in Leipzig, Germany in 1980, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, Karlsruhe in 2010 and completed his Master's studies under a contemporary artist Prof. Gustav Kluge. As a young composer growing up in the turbulent years of DDR and BRD and witnessing German reunification, the strict rationality in his characters is the most direct expression of his paintings. Bach develops closely connected spaces on mostly large-format canvases to further strengthen tension of the picture not only through the framework construction with delicate lights and simple geometric shapes but also color collision and the breakthrough and control of boundaries, opened interface spaces and repeatedly constructed hierarchies, via the scene planned in the corresponding size, always stay beyond a certain distance to create different situations and relationship effects.
